Welcome to Bumble Mark. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide social media marketing services specifically designed for skincare brands. The scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements with each client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

  • Grant access to relevant social media accounts and platforms.

  • Review and approve content in a timely manner.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payments

  • All fees are to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payments can be made via [Insert Payment Methods].

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is current.

4. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, we will refund 60% of the fees paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by us for the client remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final content transfers to the client. We reserve the right to use generic versions of the content for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential information provided by the client to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will become immediately due.
